Danielle Sipin Jalotjot

I am a BFA graduate in Digital Media Art, with an admiration and focus on 3D modeling, digital illustration, compositing, and video editing. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, I was exposed to the arts and began my creative journey as a young child, particularly drawn to portraiture. Even now, that fascination with portraiture is prevalent in my artistic expression, along with themes such as feminism and LGBTQ+ advocacy, mental health awareness, and my rich Filipino-American identity and culture. With a desire to challenge cultural taboos and shed light on overlooked issues, I intend to spark meaningful conversation, understanding, and empowerment, especially within Filipino communities. Through my art, I hope viewers can resonate with the messages I’m conveying, and look to reflect on and embrace their identity, both as an individual and within their community.
